Frost spraying is the appearance of liquid or solid additives moving from the inside of rubber to the outside of rubber.
It can be seen that the internal compounding agent of rubber is separated, which constitutes frost spraying.
There are generally three types of methods for rubber frost spraying. That is, powder spraying, wax spraying, and oil spraying (also known as exudation).
Powder spraying is a powder like mixture of vulcanizing agents, accelerators, activators, antioxidants, fillers, etc. that is separated from the surface of rubber to form a layer of powder.
Spray wax is a wax film formed by separating wax like substances such as white wax and floor wax onto the surface of rubber.
Oil injection is the separation of liquid additives such as softeners, tackifiers, lubricants, and plasticizers on the surface of rubber, forming a layer of oily substance.
In practice, the method of spraying frost on the surface of rubber is sometimes presented in one way, but sometimes it is presented in two or three ways together.
